Delivering directive remarks at the Session, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee clearly emphasized the requirement: Right from the first month and the first quarter of 2026, the administrative apparatus at all levels must operate with the highest spirit of action, highest discipline and highest efficiency. Growth targets have been identified, tasks are clear; therefore, each sector, each locality and each individual in charge must self-reflect on their responsibilities, without delay allowed. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee continued to affirm the cross-cutting management viewpoint of “clear person, clear job, clear progress, clear results, clear implementation time”, considering this a measure to evaluate the capacity and sense of responsibility of cadres. He requested delegates attending the meeting to frankly assess, deeply analyze issues, point out the causes of shortcomings and limitations; based on that, proposing specific and feasible solutions.

According to the report at the Session, right in January 2026, the entire political system of the province proactively got involved. Units and enterprises in the province proactively built production and business plans for 2026; maintaining a stable production rhythm right from the beginning of the year. The entire province issued new business registration certificates to 148 enterprises; and granted investment registration certificates to 5 projects. Market management, supply-demand control, price stabilization and ensuring goods serving Tet (Lunar New Year holiday) were deployed synchronously; social security, labor and employment received attention.

The Session focused on discussing and giving opinions on many important contents to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council Session, including adjusting several socio-economic development goals and tasks for 2026; extending the implementation and disbursement time of the 2025 Central budget public investment plan to 2026; and promulgating policies to attract, treat and support medical human resources for the 2026–2030 period. The Provincial People's Committee also considered and decided on contents under its authority related to investment attraction, organizational apparatus and adjustment of investment policies for several projects.

Concluding the Session, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: 2026 is a pivotal year with great pressure but also great opportunities; therefore, it is necessary to act quickly, drastically and effectively right from the beginning of the year. Regarding public investment capital disbursement, especially for key transport projects, he assigned clear tasks to each agency and unit; requiring progress reviews daily and weekly, timely reporting and immediately handling bottlenecks, preventing small obstacles from prolonging into large bottlenecks.

Regarding site clearance for industrial parks, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed decisive implementation in the spirit of “where site clearance is done, infrastructure investment follows”; prioritizing essential infrastructure, ensuring synchronization. For new industrial parks, preparatory steps must be deployed simultaneously, proactively securing clean land funds, ready to receive investment projects as soon as conditions are met.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also noted: Economic development must go hand in hand with preserving and promoting cultural values; provincial press and media agencies need to strongly innovate propaganda methods, contributing to spreading the image of a dynamic Thai Nguyen rich in identity to domestic and international investors and tourists. He assigned the Department of Home Affairs to continue advising on the arrangement and placement of the contingent of cadres, ensuring the right people for the right jobs, meeting task requirements in the new development stage. Immediately, all levels, sectors and localities must focus highest on the task of ensuring security, order and social safety; caring for Tet for the poor, so that the People can welcome Tet and enjoy spring fully, safely and sentimentally.
