Faced with the urgent need to ensure energy security and reduce pressure on the national power grid, many manufacturing enterprises in Thai Nguyen are simultaneously implementing electricity-saving measures. Thai Nguyen approves social housing project of nearly 2,000 units in Linh Son ward

On April 13, 2026, Comrade Nguyen Thi Loan, Vice Chairwoman of Provincial People’s Committee, signed and issued Decision No. 966/QD-UBND approving the investment policy and designating the investor to implement the social housing project under the Cao Ngan Residential Development Project in Linh Son ward. The project is jointly developed by VFS Joint Stock Company and An Huy Investment Joint Stock Company, with Song Cau Housing Development Limited Liability Company serving as the implementing unit.

Connecting labor supply and demand, expanding employment opportunities
