Thai Nguyen ranks 3rd nationwide in quality of service to citizens and businesses

According to the Week 13 update (covering March 22 - 28, 2026), Thai Nguyen province scored 96.32 out of 100 points on the Index for Direction, Administration and Evaluation of Service Quality for Citizens and Businesses in the Processing of Administrative Procedures (AP) and Public Services in Real Time on the Electronic Environment, an increase of 0.19 points compared to March 22. With this result, the province moved up one place, from 4th to 3rd, in the rankings among 34 provinces and cities nationwide.
