The Yen Binh 2 Industrial Park (IP) Project covers approximately 300 hectares, with total infrastructure investment exceeding VND 3,650 billion, and is intended to attract high-tech, semiconductor and supporting industries. Accelerating site clearance is therefore important to keeping the project on schedule and creating favorable conditions for attracting investment to the province.
Construction on the Yen Binh 2 IP Project being accelerated
Following the inspection, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Van Luong requested that Van Xuan Ward People's Committee take the lead in coordinating with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and Yen Binh Investment & Development Corporation to review site clearance progress for plot CN05 in Yen Binh 2 IP on a household-by-household basis, identify specific bottlenecks, and develop appropriate, innovative solutions in accordance with the law.
He emphasized the need for focused leadership and direction, protection of residents' legitimate rights and interests, and making full use of policies favorable to residents in accordance with the law. Implementation must follow the principle of clearly identified personnel, tasks, responsibilities, timelines and expected results. As each case file is completed, compensation payments should be arranged, residents encouraged to receive payment, and arrangements made for dismantling structures and handing over the land. The target is to complete site clearance for plot CN05 and clear Priority Area 1 before October 31, 2026.
