Perspective of the townhouse area of Cao Ngan Housing Project

According to the Decision, the Provincial People's Committee approved the adjustment of the Project implementation progress; the completion time is adjusted from the end of the fourth quarter of 2025 to the end of the fourth quarter of 2026, aiming to ensure the completion of all items and put the Project into synchronous and effective operation and use. Other contents of the Project continue to be implemented according to decisions previously approved by the Provincial People's Committee.

The schedule adjustment is made based on a review of the actual implementation process, aiming to create conditions for the investor to concentrate resources, remove difficulties and obstacles and simultaneously ensure the Project is deployed in accordance with planning and legal regulations, contributing to forming a spacious, modern new residential area, meeting housing needs and promoting urban development in the area.

The Provincial People's Committee requires Danko Group Joint Stock Company to arrange full financial and human resources; coordinate closely with relevant departments, branches, localities and units to fully perform legal procedures and accelerate the Project deployment progress according to the adjusted content. Besides, the investor must fully perform procedures regarding land, planning and construction, complete financial obligations to the State; and simultaneously strictly observe legal regulations on environmental protection, security and order, culture and society, labor safety and relevant regulations throughout the Project implementation process.

Cao Ngan Housing Area Project, upon completion, is expected to contribute to urban embellishment, improve the quality of technical and social infrastructure, create a new look for Linh Son Ward area and contribute positively to the socio-economic development goals of Thai Nguyen province.
