Reports show that site clearance for the key projects is being actively carried out by all levels, sectors, and localities. For the industrial parks, work is concentrated on declaration, inventory, and payment of site clearance compensation.

For Yen Binh 2 Industrial Park, the declaration and inventory of land for households within the project area have been largely completed. For Yen Binh 3 Industrial Park, land has so far been inventoried for 902 households, covering an area of over 220 ha in Diem Thuy commune, with payment made to 537 households totaling over VND 293 billion. Grave relocation has also been accelerated, with payment made for 528 graves.

At Thuong Dinh Industrial Park, inventory has reached 600 of 650 households, covering an area of about 93 ha in Diem Thuy. To date, compensation plans have been approved for 111 households and payment made to 70 households; at the same time, the payment of grave relocation costs under the approved plan has been largely completed.

For the Yen Binh Concentrated Digital Technology Park, units are actively carrying out site clearance. To date, declaration and inventory have been carried out for 214 of 400 households, covering an area of more than 20 ha in Diem Thuy commune; advance payments have been made to 124 households totaling over VND 32.5 billion; and inventory and payment of grave relocation costs are being carried out as planned.

Alongside site clearance for the industrial parks, residential and resettlement area projects serving to arrange housing for residents are also being actively implemented. Among these, the technical infrastructure of the Nga My Residential and Resettlement Area has reached about 45% of the total volume, with resettlement land expected to be handed over in August 2026; the Mien An Chau Residential and Resettlement Area has reached about 15% of the total volume, with the main components expected to be completed in September 2026. For the Thuong Dinh, Nga My No. 1, and Diem Thuy No. 5 resettlement areas, localities are moving swiftly to carry out site clearance, inventory, and the preparation and approval of compensation plans, ensuring progress in support of the key industrial projects.

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the difficulties and obstacles arising during site clearance, concerning asset inventory, grave relocation, resettlement arrangements, the implementation of priority areas, and coordination between departments, sectors, and localities and the investors. Delegates also proposed solutions to resolve the obstacles for each project in order to accelerate implementation progress in the coming time.

Delivering directive remarks, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Hau emphasized that the industrial park projects and the Yen Binh Concentrated Digital Technology Park are of significant importance in attracting investment and creating room for the province's industrial development. Therefore, units and localities need to concentrate fully on site clearance and strengthen public communication, mobilization, and dialogue with residents to build consensus; to swiftly finalize compensation, support, and resettlement plans; and to accelerate progress on the resettlement areas and infrastructure investment in the industrial parks. He also assigned departments and sectors to coordinate closely with localities and investors, promptly resolve arising difficulties and obstacles, and strive to hand over sites on schedule, facilitating the implementation of the projects according to plan.
