Thai Nguyen rises to the top group nationwide in the index of serving people and enterprises
According to data on the National Public Service Portal, on March 18, Thai Nguyen province rose to rank 4th nationwide in implementing the Set of Indicators serving people and enterprises with a total score of 95.98 points, up 3 places compared to the previous evaluation period.

Thus, the total score increased significantly compared to the previous evaluation period (from March 8, 2026, to March 17, 2026), from 95.74 to 95.98 points.
In addition, regarding component indices, some contents improved such as: The resolution progress increased by 0.12 points, from 19.54 to 19.68 points; the dossier digitization rate increased by 0.1 points, from 20.26 to 20.36 points. Some remaining criteria are basically stable such as: The online service criterion reached 20 points; the publicity and transparency criterion reached 18 points; and the satisfaction criterion reached 17.94 points.
The above figures reflect that the digitization of dossiers, attaching electronic resolution results and updating data on the system continue to show positive changes; the rate of dossiers resolved on time and ahead of time continues to be improved; the updating and publicizing of administrative procedure information in the electronic environment continue to be maintained stably; and service quality continues to be maintained stably and positively acknowledged by people and enterprises.

In the group of departments and sectors, leading is the Office of the Provincial People's Committee with 96 points, followed by departments and sectors: Department of Justice (95.3 points); Department of Industry and Trade (94.87 points). Notably, compared to the previous evaluation period, the Department of Agriculture and Environment rose 3 places, from the good group to the excellent group (from 88.92 points to 91.73 points).
For the group of localities, Quang Bach commune continues to hold the leading position with 99.87 points, followed by Phuong Tien commune (97.84 points) and Ba Xuyen ward (97.81 points). In terms of the general score level, the group of 10 leading communes and wards continues to maintain results at a very high level, with total scores ranging from 97.65 points to 97.87 points. The score difference among units in the group is not large, showing that the results of resolving administrative procedures at the commune level are basically stable.

In the coming time, the province will continue to maintain and promote high-performing indicators, with a focus on improving dossier digitalization and ensuring on-time processing of administrative procedures. Authorities will regularly review and promptly resolve overdue and delayed dossiers, clearly identify causes and responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals, and take corrective actions to prevent delays due to subjective reasons. At the same time, the province will proactively compile statistics and report emerging difficulties and obstacles to relevant ministries and central agencies for timely system adjustments, ensuring effective local governance, especially in areas related to decentralization, delegation, and system administration rights. Efforts will also be strengthened to integrate and connect utilities supporting administrative procedure processing, ensuring that all procedures are handled entirely in the electronic environment in accordance with regulations.
