The Samsung Electro-Mechanics Vietnam Project No. 2, invested by Samsung Electro-Mechanics Vietnam Co., Ltd., aims to manufacture premium electronic circuit board product lines for robots, self-driving vehicles and other advanced smart high-technology electronic devices. The project has been granted an Investment Registration Certificate and is currently in the process of preparing the procedures for implementation.

At the working session, representatives of the Company proposed expanding the project and discussed matters related to factory construction investment and the environmental permit application dossier.

Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan affirms that the province always creates the most open mechanism for investors during project implementation in Thai Nguyen province

Speaking at the working session, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan directed Management Board of Thai Nguyen Industrial Parks to serve as the coordinating focal point, providing guidance on implementing procedures related to the construction items as requested by the investor. He affirmed the province’s consistent position of creating the most open mechanism permissible under regulations for investors during project implementation. In practice, Thai Nguyen province has applied a “24-hour green lane” mechanism to ensure that administrative procedures—and even tasks that are not classified as administrative procedures—are directed to be processed and completed within 24 hours of receiving a complete dossier in accordance with regulations. Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee also requested that the investor ensure occupational safety, enforce strict supervision, comply with construction site regulations and guarantee absolute safety throughout the project’s construction implementation.
