The inspections revealed that, in the course of implementing the projects, site clearance work in certain areas remained slow, technical infrastructure was not yet synchronized, some projects required planning adjustments, and inter-unit coordination was at times not sufficiently timely…
Following the on-site inspections, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Loan directed departments, sectors, and localities to focus on clearing the “bottlenecks,” with particular emphasis on accelerating site clearance, completing land and construction procedures in full compliance with the law, and strengthening coordination among relevant units. She also called on investors to mobilize resources and increase their pace of implementation so as to ensure the conditions for groundbreaking are met as planned.
With the overarching goal of vigorously promoting and unlocking investment resources, accelerating the progress of social housing projects will not only contribute to meeting the province’s housing development targets but also serve as a driver for socioeconomic development and improve the quality of life for residents across the province.
