Thai Nguyen ranks 3rd nationwide in quality of service to citizens and businesses
According to the Week 13 update (covering March 22 - 28, 2026), Thai Nguyen province scored 96.32 out of 100 points on the Index for Direction, Administration and Evaluation of Service Quality for Citizens and Businesses in the Processing of Administrative Procedures (AP) and Public Services in Real Time on the Electronic Environment, an increase of 0.19 points compared to March 22. With this result, the province moved up one place, from 4th to 3rd, in the rankings among 34 provinces and cities nationwide.

Results are updated on a weekly basis to monitor and evaluate the quality of AP resolution across agencies, units and localities; to timely recognize high-performing units; and to drive continued improvement in the quality of service to citizens and businesses.

According to the rankings, the top 5 departments and agencies are: the Office of the Provincial People's Committee (96 points); the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions (95.5 points); the Department of Justice (95.45 points); the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (95.44 points); and the Department of Health (95.25 points).
At the commune and ward level, the 10 localities with the highest scores are: Quang Bach (97.97 points); Phuong Tien (97.88 points); Ba Xuyen (97.8 points); Trung Thanh (97.76 points); Phu Xuyen (97.74 points); Xuan Duong (97.7 points); Binh Thanh (97.69 points); Linh Son (97.66 points); Van Lang (97.66 points); and Kim Phuong (97.66 points).
Alongside high-performing units, a number of agencies and localities still need to continue improving the quality of AP resolution, including: the Department of Construction, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Finance and the Management Board of Thai Nguyen Industrial Parks; as well as several communes and wards, namely: An Khanh, Phu Binh, Thanh Cong, Na Ri, Cho Moi, Trang Xa, Bang Van, La Bang, Nghinh Tuong and Cuong Loi.

The monitoring and evaluation of service quality for citizens and businesses through the Index enables agencies and units to promptly review and address shortcomings and limitations; and to continue improving the efficiency of AP resolution, thereby contributing to a better investment and business environment and enhancing the level of satisfaction among citizens and businesses across the province.
