Construction begins on Thuong Dinh Industrial Park Project with total investment of over VND 2,486 billion
Amid celebrations marking the 81st anniversary of the success of the August Revolution, on the morning of August 19, Stavian Thai Nguyen Industrial Park Development Company Limited (a member of Stavian Group) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Investment Project for Construction and Commercial Operation of Thuong Dinh Industrial Park Infrastructure. Attending the ceremony were Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Member of the Party Central Executive Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, departments, boards, sectors, and localities; representatives of the investor, contractors, and partners; and numerous local People.

The Investment Project for Construction and Commercial Operation of Thuong Dinh Industrial Park Infrastructure is being implemented in Diem Thuy commune, Pho Yen ward, and Bach Quang ward, covering 128.18 hectares and carrying a total investment of over VND 2,486 billion. The project has a 50-year operating term (from 2025 to 2075), and construction is scheduled for the 2026-2028 period.

Under the plan, Thuong Dinh Industrial Park focuses on attracting supporting industries, electrical and electronics industries, mechanical engineering and manufacturing, automotive and motorcycle components, and technical support and logistics services. It aims to attract high value-added sectors in line with the province's strategy for green, modern industrial development for the 2026-2030 period. With its strategic location and well-developed infrastructure, the project is expected to expand the province's capacity to attract investment, strengthen supply chain connections, promote supporting industries, and attract capable enterprises using advanced technologies to invest in Thai Nguyen.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, leaders of Stavian Group - the project investor - committed to mobilizing maximum financial, human, and technological resources to implement the project while ensuring progress, quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection, and to strive to complete the project promptly, put it into operation, and maximize its investment effectiveness.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Hau emphasized that, upon completion, Thuong Dinh Industrial Park will create additional industrial land with a modern, integrated infrastructure system; attract industrial production and manufacturing projects, as well as projects applying high technology; and create jobs and increase local residents' incomes, thereby promoting local socio-economic development. He affirmed that the project's groundbreaking is a testament to the business community's confidence in Thai Nguyen Province's investment and business environment and demonstrates the province's determination to work alongside and support investors and facilitate project implementation in the locality.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested Stavian Thai Nguyen Industrial Park Development Company Limited to mobilize maximum resources; organize construction to ensure quality and occupational safety; strictly comply with regulations on construction, environmental protection, and fire prevention and firefighting; and proactively promote and attract secondary investment projects with advanced, environmentally friendly technology, in line with the province's industrial development orientation. Departments, boards, sectors, and localities are to continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, proactively coordinate, guide, and support investors in promptly resolving difficulties and obstacles arising during implementation so that the project can be completed promptly and operate efficiently, helping create new momentum for the province's socio-economic development.

The project is one of the practical works marking the 81st anniversary of the success of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2026) and National Day 2/9, helping foster a vibrant spirit of emulation and create new momentum for Thai Nguyen Province's socio-economic development.
