The project to invest in the construction and business operation of infrastructure for Thuong Dinh Industrial Park will be implemented in Diem Thuy Commune, Pho Yen Ward and Bach Quang Ward, Thai Nguyen Province, covering an area of 128.18 hectares. The project has a total investment of about VND 2,486 billion and is developed by Stavian Thai Nguyen Industrial Park Development Company Limited.

The Residential Area No. 1 Project in Luong Phu Commune covers an area of about 21.225 hectares, with a total investment of about VND 437.299 billion. The investor is TNG Land Joint Stock Company.

The implementation of the two projects is important in materializing Thai Nguyen Province's direction for industrial, urban and infrastructure development, while also creating additional momentum to attract investment and effectively tap the locality's potential and advantages.

Once built and put into operation, Thuong Dinh Industrial Park will help add to the industrial land fund and complete the technical infrastructure system serving production and business; it will also help attract new enterprises and investment projects, create more jobs and increase revenue for the local budget. Meanwhile, the Residential Area No. 1 Project in Luong Phu Commune will help gradually complete urban and residential infrastructure in a coordinated, modern direction, meeting residents' needs for housing and service and utility facilities.

To ensure the groundbreaking ceremonies are held successfully, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned specific tasks to relevant departments, sectors, investors and localities, focusing on completing preparation, decoration and ceremonial arrangements, and ensuring security, safety, traffic, electricity, health and environmental sanitation. Units have also been directed to fully prepare legal documentation and the necessary conditions, ensuring the groundbreaking ceremonies are solemn, practical, economical, effective, safe, compliant with regulations, and appropriate to the nature and scale of each project.
