Speaking at the Ceremony, leaders of Kha Son Commune emphasized that the Residential Area No. 1 Project in Luong Phu Commune (now Kha Son Commune) holds important significance for the locality's urban development and infrastructure building process. They also expressed confidence that, with the investor's capacity and experience together with close coordination from functional agencies, the Project will be carried out on schedule, ensuring quality, helping create a new look for the locality, meeting residents' housing needs, and promoting socio-economic development.

Perspective rendering of the Residential Area No. 1 Project in Luong Phu Commune (now Kha Son Commune)

The Residential Area No. 1 Project in Luong Phu Commune (now Kha Son Commune) is planned on an area of more than 21.22 ha, with an expected population scale of about 2,500 people, aiming to build a modern residential area with coordinated technical and social infrastructure. The Project has a total investment of more than VND 437 billion; of which, the Project implementation cost is about VND 259 billion, and the compensation, support, and resettlement cost is nearly VND 178 billion. The Project will be carried out from the third quarter of 2026 to the second quarter of 2029.

Enjoying a favorable location, the Project is located about 1 km from the center of Kha Son Commune, near the Luong Phu - Tan Duc Industrial Cluster and the TNG Phu Binh Garment Factory, and is also directly connected to District Road DH46 and other important traffic routes in the area. Under the approved 1/500-scale detailed planning, in addition to the residential land fund being reasonably arranged, the Project also allocates area for public works, greenery, water surfaces, education land, a cultural house, and a wastewater treatment system, helping form a civilized, modern, and sustainable living space.

Previously, on February 5, 2026, Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 219/QD-UBND approving the investment policy for the Residential Area No. 1 Project in Luong Phu Commune. On May 29, 2026, the Provincial People's Committee further issued Decision No. 1569/QD-UBND approving the investor selection results, under which TNG Land Joint Stock Company was selected to carry out the Project.
