Under the Decision, it repeals Decision No. 2198/QD-UBND dated August 26, 2016 of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of the Son Cam 2 Industrial Cluster in Son Cam Commune, Phu Luong District, Thai Nguyen Province, and Decision No. 2010/QD-UBND dated August 29, 2022 of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee on amending and supplementing Decision No. 2198/QD-UBND dated August 26, 2016 of the Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of the Son Cam 2 Industrial Cluster in Son Cam Commune, Phu Luong District (now Thai Nguyen City), Thai Nguyen Province.

Reason for repeal: the technical infrastructure investor, Hoang Mai Construction Import-Export Joint Stock Company, implemented the project to build the technical infrastructure of the Son Cam 2 Industrial Cluster without meeting the prescribed schedule; Hoang Mai Construction Import-Export Joint Stock Company submitted a written request enclosed with a decision to terminate its investment activities at the Son Cam 2 Industrial Cluster project in Quan Trieu Ward, Thai Nguyen Province.

Previously, the Son Cam 2 Industrial Cluster was planned with a scale of nearly 30 hectares in the former Phu Luong District, now part of Quan Trieu Ward, Thai Nguyen Province. The planned land area included functional sub-zones such as: public land (the cluster's operation and management building); industrial land; green-space land; technical infrastructure land; and traffic land. The Son Cam 2 Industrial Cluster focused on attracting production and business sectors such as: textiles and accessories; leather and footwear; supporting industry; electronics; and construction materials. The space, architecture, and landscape in the planned area were designed to harmoniously combine factory works with the operation and management building and green-space areas.
