Delegates also focused on discussing and providing input on the script for the Festival's opening ceremony program. Delivering directive remarks, Comrade Nguyen Thi Loan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Head of the Organizing Committee, directed the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to fully incorporate the comments made at the meeting and to swiftly advise the Organizing Committee on finalizing the content and program and assigning specific tasks to each agency and unit. The Provincial People's Committee Office is to coordinate with relevant agencies to advise on issuing the Organizing Committee's plan, ensuring clearly defined persons, tasks, timelines, responsibilities, and results. Departments, agencies, sectors, and localities are to proactively carry out their work on schedule based on their assigned functions and tasks; strengthen coordination; promptly report and propose solutions to address any difficulties or issues that arise; and ensure the Festival is organized in a solemn, professional, effective, and safe manner that leaves a profound impression.

Emphasizing that International Tea Festival - Thai Nguyen 2026 is a major event for the province, the Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee directed that preparations be carried out proactively, thoroughly, and in a coordinated manner, with priority given to promoting the cultural value of tea. She also directed that Festival activities be linked with tourism promotion, trade promotion, and investment attraction, thereby generating broader impact and elevating the standing of the Thai Nguyen tea brand.
