Following the inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Van Luong emphasized that the reorganization of educational institutions would bring certain changes to their organizational structures, school and class sizes, and staffing. Localities and units therefore need to closely monitor the situation, swiftly stabilize their organizations, ensure uninterrupted teaching and learning, and prevent the reorganization from affecting students' right to education. In particular, schools in disadvantaged areas and local authorities must thoroughly understand each student's circumstances and learning conditions, promptly support those facing difficulties, and under no circumstances allow any student to discontinue their studies for reasons that can be addressed.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed schools to fully prepare facilities, equipment, and personnel for the new school year and to hold formal, meaningful, and welcoming opening ceremonies that create a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere and truly serve as a celebration for students. He also directed them to continue promoting democracy and solidarity and to comply with regulations; strengthen coordination among Party committees, authorities, the education sector, and schools to promptly resolve difficulties; and ensure a stable, safe, and effective educational environment. He further noted that, from the beginning of the school year, units need to proactively develop specific plans, clearly assign tasks, and uphold the responsibilities of managers and teachers. At the same time, they must attend to students' learning and living conditions, particularly those of students in disadvantaged areas and ethnic minority communities, helping ensure a smooth, high-quality, and effective 2026 - 2027 school year.
