From the beginning of the year, the Standing Board of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has proactively issued programs and plans to implement its tasks. The Fatherland Front at all levels has stepped up communication and mobilization efforts to build consensus among the People for the policy of reorganizing administrative units and restructuring hamlets and residential groups, achieving a consensus rate of over 98.47% and helping the province reduce the number of hamlets and residential groups by about 55%, thereby building a streamlined and effective grassroots political system. The spirit of solidarity and sharing has continued to spread through numerous practical social welfare activities. The “All People United in Building New Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas” and “Vietnamese People Give Priority to Using Vietnamese Goods” campaigns, mobilization efforts for the “For the Poor” Fund, and communication activities in response to the “500 Days and Nights to Accelerate the Search, Collection, and Identification of Martyrs’ Remains” Campaign have been implemented effectively, attracting the active participation of all strata of the People.

In the second half of 2026, the Fatherland Front at all levels across the province will continue to renew the content and methods of its operations in a practical, people-centered, and grassroots-oriented manner; and step up communication and mobilization efforts to help the People implement the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and laws. At the same time, it will improve the effectiveness of supervision and social criticism, effectively carry out campaigns and emulation movements, and take care of social welfare.

At the Conference, delegates were briefed on the province's socio-economic development and national defense and security situation in the first six months of the year, as well as the key tasks and solutions for the second half of 2026.

At the Conference, leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee launched the “Thai Nguyen Determined to Successfully Achieve the Sustainable Double-Digit Growth Target for the 2026 - 2030 Period” emulation movement within the Fatherland Front at all levels, calling on officials, union members, association members, and the People to step up communication, promote the great national unity bloc, mobilize resources for socio-economic development, accelerate digital transformation and innovation, and strengthen supervision and social criticism, thereby contributing to the province’s rapid and sustainable growth target.

Delivering directive remarks, Comrade Dinh Quang Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, emphasized the province’s economic development target for the 2026 - 2030 period, while also requesting that the Fatherland Front at all levels continue to promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, build social consensus, and align the Front’s tasks with the growth targets of each locality for implementation. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee also requested that all levels effectively implement the “Thai Nguyen Determined to Successfully Achieve the Sustainable Double-Digit Growth Target for the 2026 - 2030 Period” emulation movement; step up digital transformation in the Front’s operations; promote the role of supervision and social criticism; participate in Party and government building; and strictly implement the resolutions, conclusions, and directives of the Central Government, as well as the key resolutions, programs, and schemes of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. This should not stop at disseminating and concretizing these directives, but must focus on organizing their implementation with a decisive spirit, clearly defined people, tasks, timelines, and results; strengthen inspection and supervision; promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles; and ensure that these policies are implemented substantively and effectively.
