Attending the Conference were representatives of Central Party commissions; members of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; and members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

At the Conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee considered and gave opinions on personnel matters in accordance with the notification of the Party Central Committee, ensuring compliance with prescribed procedures and regulations.

Accordingly, in implementation of decisions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on personnel work, Comrade Nguyen The Manh, Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission, was reassigned and appointed to the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee and to serve as Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; he was also nominated for election by the Provincial People's Council as Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term.

Regarding Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Member of the Party Central Executive Committee, the Politburo issued its opinion regarding his ceasing to be a member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee and stepping down as Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term so that he could be reassigned to other duties.

Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Trinh Xuan Truong emphasized that personnel work must comply with prescribed procedures and regulations, thereby helping maintain unified and continuous leadership and direction by Party committees and improve the effectiveness of the political system.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee congratulated Comrade Nguyen The Manh on taking up his assignment in Thai Nguyen and requested that, in his new position, he continue to draw on his experience and sense of responsibility, quickly become familiar with the work, coordinate closely with the provincial leadership team and work together to effectively carry out the assigned tasks.
