Attendees at Thai Nguyen Province's central online venue included Comrade Trinh Xuan Truong, Member of the Party Central Executive Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Member of the Party Central Executive Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; current and former members of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; and leaders of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and provincial departments, boards and sectors. Across the province, 63,373 delegates attended at 1,483 online venues, comprising one provincial online venue, 305 grassroots online venues and 1,177 viewing locations. The delegates included 62,349 Party members and 1,024 association members, union members and members of the public.

The Conference focused on disseminating and ensuring thorough understanding of the core content, new points and priorities of six thematic resolutions and directives issued by the 14th Politburo. They address advancing the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, methods and style in the new stage of development; the strategy for ideological work in the new context; promoting a pioneering and exemplary spirit, innovation, and the willingness of officials and Party members to think boldly, act decisively and assume responsibility in the new era; affairs concerning overseas Vietnamese; regional development and the organization of national development space in the new period; and developing Vietnamese tourism into a spearhead economic sector in the new era.

The Conference was intended to help officials and Party members master the documents' core content, new points and key requirements and translate them into practical, feasible and effective programs and action plans, thereby ensuring coordinated and consistent implementation of the resolutions and directives from the central to the grassroots level.

Delivering directive remarks at the Conference, General Secretary and President To Lam emphasized that the Conference was not merely intended to ensure thorough understanding; it also marked the beginning of the decisive implementation stage. Every Party committee, agency, locality and Party member must have clearly defined work, responsible personnel, authority, resources, deadlines, deliverables and accountability, so that awareness is translated into action and determination into results.

In that spirit, the General Secretary and President directed the entire Party and political system to fulfill five key requirements. First, they must unify their understanding, master the new points and organic relationships among the six documents, fully understand each document, establish the correct linkages and organize coordinated implementation to generate collective strength and unity. Second, they must improve institutions, delineate authority, secure resources and manage risks, and must not assign tasks before securing the conditions for implementation. Third, they must achieve substantive improvements in personnel work, pioneering conduct, exemplary responsibility and the culture of implementation, regarding this as the decisive link in bringing resolutions and directives to life. Fourth, they must reorganize development space and resources in the overall national interest, linking regional and tourism development with the mobilization of resources from overseas Vietnamese. Fifth, they must vigorously renew ideological work and policy communications, tighten implementation discipline, and use data, deliverables, tangible changes and the People's satisfaction as the basis for evaluation.

The General Secretary and President expressed confidence that, under the Party's unified leadership and with the engagement of the entire political system, the pioneering spirit of officials and the creativity of the People, the six documents addressed at the Conference would be put into practice, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and moving the country firmly into a new era.
