The Party Cell of Residential Group 39 has 94 Party members. In recent years, the Party Cell has consistently and effectively studied, communicated and implemented resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Party Central Committee and Party committees at all levels. It has also focused on renewing its leadership content and methods, improving the quality of its meetings and strengthening Party building to meet grassroots-level requirements.

At the meeting, the Party Cell reviewed the performance of its August tasks and identified key tasks for September 2026. Party members engaged in active discussion and offered practical comments focusing on matters directly affecting the People's lives and local development. They requested the province, its departments and sectors, and local authorities to review and allocate suitable land and resources for cultural and sports facilities in residential groups following the merger. They also requested that Tich Luong Ward allocate investment funding to renovate Lane 491 leading to the Cultural House of Residential Group 39.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan commended the preparations and the quality of the meeting of the Party Cell of Residential Group 39. The agenda closely followed the tasks of the Ward Party Committee and the political duties directed by the Provincial Party Executive Committee. The comments demonstrated responsibility, candor and a practical understanding of local development needs.

Briefing Party members on several socioeconomic achievements in the first eight months of the year and the province's important political tasks, he affirmed that these results demonstrated the solidarity and determination of the entire political system, from the provincial to the grassroots level, together with the support and active engagement of officials, Party members and the People.

He emphasized that Party building must be closely linked to socioeconomic development, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks and improvements in the People's living standards. Given the demanding growth requirements and development goals in the period ahead, he directed Party committees and authorities at all levels to continue demonstrating responsibility, initiative and determination, remain closely engaged with the grassroots, and effectively organize task implementation.

Regarding Tich Luong Ward, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that it still had considerable development potential. He directed the Ward Party Committee to continue strengthening Party building and the political system; effectively implement planning; strengthen urban order management; raise environmental awareness; invest in infrastructure; and mobilize social resources for development. He stressed that, when reviewing and implementing plans, the locality should create public spaces and cultural and sports facilities for the People. It should also effectively implement social welfare policies, invest in education and health care, and strengthen organizational and personnel work. Regarding the recommendations of the Party Cell of Residential Group 39, he directed Tich Luong Ward Party Committee to inspect and review them and pursue appropriate action in light of actual conditions and available resources.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed confidence that the Tich Luong Ward Party Organization would continue to uphold solidarity, responsibility, initiative and creativity; effectively perform its assigned tasks; and achieve tangible progress in socioeconomic development. He expressed the hope that the Party Cell of Residential Group 39 would build on its achievements, maintain solidarity, improve the quality of its meetings, fulfill its role as the political nucleus at the grassroots level, strive to become an exemplary model Party Cell under the Tich Luong Ward Party Organization, and contribute actively to the province's overall development.
