At the working session, a representative of HY Global Co., Ltd. gave an overview of the company's operating history and investment plans in Vietnam. The company expressed its wish to study and roll out a number of projects in the province, focusing on developing medicinal herb growing areas and high-tech agriculture, as well as exploring cooperation opportunities in mineral extraction and processing geared toward deep processing to increase the added value of products.

Speaking with the company, Comrade Nguyen Thi Loan highly appreciated HY Global Co., Ltd.'s interest in Thai Nguyen Province's investment environment, and thanked HY Global Co., Ltd. for its interest in and selection of Thai Nguyen as a locality to study for investment.

The Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that the granting of mining rights must comply with the Law on Geology and Minerals and other applicable legal regulations. For mines subject to auction, investor selection is carried out openly and transparently; foreign-invested enterprises are not eligible to participate in auctions for certain types of minerals under current regulations. On that basis, the province encourages HY Global Co., Ltd. to study cooperation with domestic businesses operating in mineral extraction and processing, in order to invest using modern technology and deep processing to create high value-added products in line with the province's industrial development direction.

In the agricultural sector, Thai Nguyen has strong potential for developing medicinal herb growing areas and high-tech agriculture. The province stands ready to help businesses connect with localities, cooperatives, and residents to survey, study, and develop projects consistent with the master plan, contributing to the effective use of local potential and advantages.

The Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that Thai Nguyen always creates favorable conditions for investors to study and implement projects in line with the province's development plans and legal regulations; always partners with the business community to build a transparent, favorable investment environment; and works to attract high-tech, environmentally friendly projects that create added value for the local economy. The Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the company continue to closely study the province's planning and development needs, and assigned relevant departments and agencies to coordinate, provide information, and guide the company through the process of surveying, researching, and completing investment procedures under the province's regulations.
