On the other hand, several sectors still faced difficulties as market demand had not fully recovered. In addition, mining activities and some construction material manufacturing sectors remained affected by trends in the consumer market, though these constraints are being gradually addressed, creating room for these sectors to recover and contribute more positively to overall growth in the coming time.
In total, over the first seven months of 2026, the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) for the entire sector is estimated to have risen 21.02% year-on-year. This is a high growth rate, continuing to affirm the leading role of the industrial sector in the province's economic structure, while also creating an important foundation for the locality to achieve its 2026 economic growth target.
