Accelerating site clearance, striving to roll out construction fronts across the entire CT.07 expressway route on schedule
On the morning of August 4, the Steering Committee for Compensation, Support, and Resettlement for Expressway Projects on the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen - Bac Kan - Cao Bang Route (referred to as CT.07) held a conference to review implementation progress and agree on key tasks for the coming time. Comrade Trinh Xuan Truong, Member of the Party Central Executive Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Steering Committee, chaired the conference.

Also attending the conference were Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Member of the Party Central Executive Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Permanent Vice Head of the Steering Committee; members of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, and members of the Steering Committee. The conference was connected online to 24 communes and wards through which the project passes.
Comrade Pham Quang Anh, Director of the Department of Construction, reports on the progress of his department's tasks in implementing projects along the CT.07 route
According to the report, for the Project on Complete Construction Investment in the CT.07 Expressway, Hanoi - Thai Nguyen - Cho Moi Section, under the public-private partnership (PPP) model, site clearance boundary marking has been completed along the entire route and cadastral maps have been handed over to serve compensation, support, and resettlement work; implementation contracts have been signed with 5 communes and wards. The investor is carrying out items in preparation for construction and completing technical design documentation in order to soon roll out construction fronts.
For the Cho Moi - Bac Kan Project, site clearance has reached about 92% of the route length. The Bac Kan - Cao Bang Project is completing procedures to implement the component project on compensation, support, and resettlement for the section passing through Thai Nguyen Province.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan directed communes and wards to swiftly establish steering committees, develop detailed plans, and closely coordinate with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, relevant areas, and investors to carry out site clearance work. By August 10 at the latest, localities must complete a detailed inventory of affected structures; localities must concentrate on the coordinated implementation of tasks and strive to simultaneously roll out construction fronts across the entire route by September 15.

Delivering directive remarks, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Trinh Xuan Truong, Head of the Steering Committee, emphasized: Compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance work is a particularly important political task that determines the progress of projects across the entire expressway route and creates a driving force for the province's socioeconomic development. He directed communes and wards to establish steering committees headed by the secretaries of the respective commune/ward Party committees; hold weekly briefings to review progress; and proactively review mechanisms and policies on compensation, resettlement, and land prices, ensuring implementation is carried out in compliance with regulations and in a consistent and coordinated manner across the entire route. He also assigned the Provincial People's Committee to continue closely coordinating with Cao Bang Province to carry out the next tasks, ensuring that projects are implemented on the schedule set out.
