At the working session, Mr. Fisher Lin, Investment Management Director of Luxshare Group, expressed his honor at welcoming the Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee and the working delegation. Providing an overview of the company's development process, Mr. Fisher Lin stated that Luxshare is an enterprise operating in the fields of technology and smart manufacturing, currently with more than 110 production facilities, more than 25 research and development centers, and more than 65 offices and service points worldwide. In Vietnam, the Group has invested and operated for more than 10 years, and considers Vietnam one of its foremost production centers in its international development strategy. Luxshare's leadership highly valued Vietnam's investment environment and development potential in general, and that of Thai Nguyen Province in particular, and expressed its wish to continue studying and expanding investment in the fields of electronics, high technology, technology transfer, and training of high-quality human resources.

Speaking at the working session, Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan respectfully thanked the leadership of Luxshare Group for its gracious reception of the working delegation. He provided an overview of the Province's socio-economic development, potential, advantages, and investment environment, while emphasizing that the Province is prioritizing the attraction of high-technology, innovation, digital transformation, and high value-added manufacturing projects. He highly valued Luxshare's technological capacity, production scale, and position in the electronics and smart manufacturing industry, noting that the Group's success in the global value chain demonstrates its capacity for innovation, modern governance, and sustainable development. These are also the directions that Thai Nguyen Province is focusing on promoting in its industrial development process.

The Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee cordially invited the leadership of Luxshare Group to conduct a field survey of the Province's industrial parks to study investment cooperation opportunities. He affirmed that Thai Nguyen would always partner with investors and provide them with the most favorable conditions throughout the project implementation process.

At the working session, the two sides exchanged views on cooperation opportunities in high-technology industry, smart manufacturing, supporting industry, green energy, and industrial infrastructure. In particular, the two sides focused on discussing Luxshare's plans to expand investment in Vietnam, the potential to study investment in an electronic equipment manufacturing plant at Yen Binh Centralized Information Technology Park, opportunities to join the electronics supply chain associated with Samsung and other major technology corporations, and cooperation in manufacturing telecommunications equipment, digital infrastructure, and high-tech OEM products. The two sides also discussed investment incentive policies, technical infrastructure, human resources, and plans for a field survey of investment sites in Thai Nguyen in the coming time.
