With a scale of 197.61 hectares and a total investment of over VND 3,500 billion, the Project is oriented to develop into a “Pioneering Urban Technology Complex” for the entire country. This is not only a purely technological production area, but is also being built into a comprehensive Digital - Green - Net Zero ecosystem.

In addition to the core zone for hardware and software production, Yen Binh Concentrated Digital Technology Park is designed to integrate a complex of financial centers, trade and service facilities, expert housing, research and development centers, and an education and training system. With advantageous infrastructure, convenient transportation, and access to an abundant workforce, the Project aims to become a focal point for attracting major technology corporations in key fields such as semiconductor chips, artificial intelligence (AI), data centers, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)...

At the Groundbreaking Ceremony, the investor, construction contractor, and partners all affirmed their determination to implement the Project with the highest sense of responsibility; concentrating financial, human, and technological resources, organizing construction to ensure progress and quality, and striving to complete the Project early to bring it into effective operation.

Highly appreciating Thai Nguyen Province's proactiveness in creating land funds, completing infrastructure, improving the business investment environment, and attracting high-tech projects, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung stated that Thai Nguyen Province has effectively implemented Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo. The investment in and construction of Yen Binh Concentrated Digital Technology Park is consistent with the Party's guidelines and the world's development trends.

He expressed confidence that, once completed and operational, Yen Binh Concentrated Digital Technology Park will become an attractive destination for domestic and international technology enterprises, a place where knowledge, technology, and innovation converge; and a favorable environment for research, development, technology transfer, and training of high-quality human resources. At the same time, the Project will help create new growth momentum for Thai Nguyen Province, promote economic restructuring toward modernization, create many high-value-added jobs, improve the lives of the People, and contribute positively to the country's overall development.

For the Project to achieve maximum effectiveness, the Deputy Prime Minister requested that Thai Nguyen Province proactively resolve difficulties and obstacles during implementation. Central ministries and sectors should continue to pay attention to and support Thai Nguyen Province in building and developing the digital technology ecosystem, innovation, and high-quality human resources. As for the investor, it is necessary to concentrate financial, human, and technological resources, and organize construction to ensure progress, quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection. He expressed confidence that, with the determination of the local government and the investor, Yen Binh Concentrated Digital Technology Park will become the country's model digital technology park.

Incorporating the directive comments of Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan pledged that he, together with the provincial leadership collective, would translate them into specific programs and plans for implementation in the coming time. He emphasized that, for Thai Nguyen Province, developing Yen Binh Concentrated Digital Technology Park is not only an infrastructure project but a strategic step toward realizing the goal of shifting the growth model from an extensive to an intensive model; from advantages in land, labor, and geographic location to advantages in knowledge, technology, data, high-quality human resources, and innovation capacity.

With many efforts in economic development and investment attraction, Thai Nguyen Province has attracted numerous high-tech, semiconductor technology, electronic circuit board, robotics, automotive battery manufacturing, and other new technology projects, continuing to affirm Thai Nguyen's position on Vietnam's investment map.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee cordially invited corporations, technology enterprises, research centers, universities, innovation investment funds, and domestic and international technology experts to come to Thai Nguyen.
