According to the Decision, the projects aim to meet the housing needs of low-income people, workers at industrial parks, and workers seeking stable accommodation. The five announced projects are: Social Housing under Thinh Dan - Quyet Thang New Urban Area No. 2 Project; Dong Hy Social Housing; Rental Social Housing under Urban Area No. 3, Ba Xuyen Ward; Social Housing on the social housing land plot under Truong Tho Residential Area Project; and Social Housing on the social housing land plot under Am Dien 2 Urban Area Project.

Their areas and projected apartment counts are: Social Housing under Thinh Dan - Quyet Thang New Urban Area No. 2 Project, approximately 7,650 m² and 304 apartments; Dong Hy Social Housing, 6,986 m² and 400 apartments; Rental Social Housing under Urban Area No. 3, Ba Xuyen Ward, approximately 3,198.03 m² and 437 apartments; and Social Housing in Truong Tho Residential Area, 8,839 m² and 414 apartments. Notably, Social Housing in Am Dien 2 Urban Area covers approximately 8,202.81 m² and is expected to provide 640 apartments, the largest projected total in this disclosure round. All are expected to be implemented in 2026-2028. Incentive and support mechanisms and policies for investors will comply with applicable law. Applications are accepted for a 30-day period between September 2026 and the end of October 2026, with submissions received at the Department of Construction, 18 Nha Trang Street, Phan Dinh Phung Ward, Thai Nguyen Province. Submissions may be made in person, by post, or through online public services in accordance with regulations.
