Scene of the meeting

Practice Kindergarten was established in 2017 (formerly the Teacher Training College Kindergarten) and officially began operating in 2020. The school serves as a practicum and professional training facility for lecturers and students of the Preschool Education program at Thai Nguyen College, while also meeting the childcare needs of residents in Quyet Thang Ward and surrounding areas. The school currently has 12 classes with 265 children and 32 cadres, teachers, and staff; its facilities are relatively well-coordinated across an area of 8,545 square meters. The school was recognized as meeting Level 1 national standards in 2025.

In order to hand over the site for the implementation of the Project to Build the Provincial Political School, Thai Nguyen College proposed a plan to temporarily relocate the facilities of Practice Kindergarten and expects to temporarily suspend enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Van Luong delivers directive remarks

Delivering directive remarks, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Van Luong stressed the view that every reorganization plan must put children's learning rights and conditions first, ensuring that they are taught and cared for in the best possible environment. Along with this, attention needs to be paid to ensuring the legitimate rights of cadres, teachers, and workers, with a suitable job placement plan to stabilize their thinking and enable them to continue working. On that basis, he agreed on the policy of merging Practice Kindergarten into a kindergarten in Quyet Thang Ward, ensuring that children continue to study in conditions that are better than or equivalent to the current ones, while also suitably arranging the school's teachers and workers. He assigned Quyet Thang Ward to study and advise on investing in the construction of a standard, modern, and well-appointed kindergarten in the area; assigned Thai Nguyen College to complete the plan for reorganizing Practice Kindergarten; and assigned the Department of Home Affairs to coordinate in guiding the school and the locality in carrying out procedures related to the merger, handover, and arrangement of staffing for cadres and teachers in accordance with regulations.
