On the morning of May 28, the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda, Education and Mass Mobilization Commission coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Provincial Journalists Association to organize the May 2026 Press Briefing Conference.

In May 2026, press and media agencies of the province; representative offices and resident agencies of central newspapers and sector newspapers in the province closely followed the propaganda orientation and political tasks of the country and the province; promptly reflecting the activities of Party and State leaders, important political events, socio-economic development situation, Party building work, political system building, digital transformation, administrative reform and ensuring national defense, security and social order and safety.
Especially, the press heavily reflected groundbreaking and construction commencement activities of key projects in the province; investment promotion programs, regional linkage cooperation; the opening of the 2026 Thai Nguyen Tourism Season under the theme “Symphony: Lake on the Mountain — Tea in the Clouds”; and activities developing urban, industrial and service infrastructure, contributing to spreading the dynamic, innovative image of Thai Nguyen, rich in development potential.
Leader of the Department of Finance provides information on key projects of the province
At the Conference, the leader of the Organization Commission of the Provincial Party Committee provided information on the monthly evaluation and classification of cadres, civil servants, public employees and contracted laborers associated with the KPI-based evaluation and measurement method in the political system of Thai Nguyen province; and the Plan to deploy the emulation movement to build “Four-good Party cells” and “Four-good grassroots Party Committees” in the 2026 - 2030 period. The leader of the Department of Finance provided overall information on key projects of the province in 2026, especially newly commenced projects.

Orienting the propaganda work in the coming time, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda, Education and Mass Mobilization Commission requested press and media agencies to continue closely following the leadership and direction of the Central Government and the province; focusing on publicizing the implementation of resolutions, conclusions and directives of the Central Government and the province; Party building work, political system building; the implementation of the two-tier local government model; the emulation movement to build “Four-good Party cells” and “Four-good grassroots Party Committees”; and innovating the method of evaluating cadres, civil servants and public employees associated with KPIs in the political system of Thai Nguyen province. At the same time, stepping up propaganda on socio-economic development results; investment attraction work, public investment capital disbursement; the implementation progress of key projects; developing industry, commerce, services and tourism; digital transformation, administrative reform, building digital government, digital economy and digital society; and foreign affairs activities and regional development linkages.
Besides, press agencies should strengthen propaganda on labor, employment and human resource development; reflect the labor market situation, enterprises' recruitment needs, solutions to connect labor supply and demand, vocational training and improving human resource quality; and shifting labor structure associated with developing industry, services and tourism. Concurrently continue to improve content quality, innovate presentation formats, enhance the application of digital technology, promote the efficiency of multi-platform communication; and actively fight and refute wrong viewpoints and toxic information, contributing to maintaining political stability and creating a favorable environment for the province's development.
