The conference announced Decision No. 969-QD/TU dated May 24, 2026, of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, on the transfer and appointment of Comrade Ta Van Loc, Director of the Provincial Information Center under the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee, to the position of Deputy Director of Thai Nguyen Newspaper and Radio-Television Station; and Decision No. 970-QD/TU dated May 24, 2026, of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, on the transfer of Comrade Dao Ngoc Anh, Deputy Director of Thai Nguyen Newspaper and Radio-Television Station, to take up a position at the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Bui Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, congratulated Comrade Ta Van Loc and Comrade Dao Ngoc Anh on being entrusted with new responsibilities by the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and highly commended their professional competence, sense of responsibility, and contributions throughout their service. Emphasizing the principle that ‘cadres are the root of every task,’ he noted that in the context of a vigorous digital transformation of journalism and media, the strengthening of the leadership team of Thai Nguyen Newspaper and Radio-Television Station and the Provincial Information Center is of significant importance in enhancing the quality of public communication and meeting the province’s political requirements in the new period. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee called on the comrades, in their new roles, to continue drawing on their capacity, management experience, and team spirit, and to work creatively with the collective leadership, cadres, reporters, and editors to build a modern, professional media and communications organization that meets the political requirements of the new period.

On behalf of the transferred and appointed comrades, Comrade Ta Van Loc, Deputy Director of Thai Nguyen Newspaper and Radio-Television Station, expressed sincere gratitude to the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee for their trust in assigning him this important responsibility. He affirmed that this is not only an honor but also a significant responsibility in the context of the vigorous digital transformation currently reshaping the province’s flagship journalism and media organization.

Having fully received the direction and task-assignment remarks of Comrade Bui Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, Comrade Ta Van Loc affirmed that he will continually strive to learn, uphold the qualities of a cadre and a journalist, and promote a spirit of solidarity and responsibility; working together with the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants, and employees to build Thai Nguyen Newspaper and Radio-Television Station as an increasingly professional, modern, and humane institution that enhances its standing and draws ever closer to its audiences.
