Hoa Thuong Kindergarten No. 2 has 2 school sites, including 1 main campus and 1 satellite campus. In the 2025–2026 school year, the school has 13 classes with a total enrollment of 308 students. Over the years, the school has consistently fulfilled its assigned tasks with distinction. In the 2022–2023 and 2023–2024 school years, the school was awarded the Outstanding Emulation Flag by the Provincial People's Committee.

On the occasion of International Children's Day June 1, the working delegation presented gifts, toys and confectionery to children of Hoa Thuong Kindergarten No. 2, and also presented 20 gift sets to children in particularly difficult circumstances from kindergartens across Dong Hy commune, with a total value of VND 99 million. Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan and the working delegation paid a warm visit, inquired about the children's well-being, and encouraged them to be well-behaved, study diligently, enjoy a cheerful and meaningful Children's Day, and have a safe and enriching summer break.

In a working session with the school's Board of Management, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan commended the dedicated efforts of the school's staff and teachers in caring for, nurturing, and educating children. He expressed the hope that the school's faculty would continue to uphold their sense of responsibility and professional commitment, continuously improve the quality of childcare and education, and proactively mobilize community-mobilized resources to invest in physical facilities and equipment for students' learning, play, and daily activities — thereby contributing to building a safe and friendly educational environment and providing the best possible conditions for children's comprehensive development.
