According to the Provincial Project Management Board for Transport and Agricultural Works (Management Board), site clearance for the Bac Son Extended Road Project is substantially complete, with issues at only two locations: the area around Cao Trang intersection and the branch to Provincial Road 267; and the km 8+550–km 8+570 section. The Management Board has repeatedly urged the Dai Phuc Commune People's Committee to complete the required procedures promptly and avoid delaying the project.

Regarding construction, approximately 95% of roadbed and pavement work on the km 0+000–km 3+500 section has been completed; the street lighting system is 96% complete; and sidewalk paving and tree planting are 91% complete. On the km 3+500–km 9+500 section, roadbed and pavement work is 95% complete; the street lighting system is 96% complete; and sidewalk paving and tree planting are 93% complete. The investor is currently focusing on sidewalk subgrade construction and completion of the Cao Trang intersection; installing a transformer station, stringing power lines, and energizing the system; and adjusting the design and completing construction of several components of Suoi Da Bridge.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Linh and representatives of departments and agencies inspecting sidewalk conditions along the route

Following the inspection, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Linh asked the Management Board to review the route design from end to end and propose sidewalk adjustments suited to actual conditions. Any emerging issues must be promptly reported to Provincial People's Committee leaders for consideration and guidance on their resolution. Dai Phuc Commune People's Committee was asked to enhance security and public order at sites where cleared land has been handed over, allowing the investor to proceed with construction and helping keep the project on schedule.
