According to the plan, proposed activities include: exchanging techniques for caring for tea hills in the autumn-winter season; the “Green - Clean - Beautiful Tea Hill” Contest; a tea-picking contest; guidance on tea-brewing skills, exchanges and tea tasting with guests; the “Fragrance of Vo Tranh Tea - Radiant Heritage, Aspiration to Go Further” program; and several other experiential and exchange activities.

To prepare for the activities, Vo Tranh Commune leaders conducted field surveys in several local tea-growing areas; inspected tea quality, landscapes, cultivation and harvesting conditions, and their ability to meet program requirements. Based on the surveys, the commune selected suitable tea fields with favorable conditions for professional, experiential and promotional activities.

Activities in response to International Tea Festival - Thai Nguyen 2026 helping promote Vo Tranh's image, culture and tea products to a wider audience

Vo Tranh is one of Thai Nguyen's major tea-growing areas. Therefore, preparations regarding product quality, tea-growing landscapes and environmental sanitation are identified as important factors in creating a positive impression on visitors and delegates participating in Festival activities.

Going forward, the commune will continue to direct its specialized units to coordinate with cooperatives and producer households in caring for and protecting tea fields, ensuring product quality, and maintaining the landscape and environment; at the same time, it will develop organizational plans, assign tasks, prepare facilities and step up communications.

The series of activities in response to International Tea Festival - Thai Nguyen 2026 not only creates a space for exchanges and experiences in tea culture but also provides an opportunity to promote the image of Vo Tranh tea-growing area, introduce tea products, and showcase the locality's economic development potential associated with tea cultivation.
