Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen The Hoan, Head of the Management Board of the Provincial Industrial Parks, emphasized that the Management Board has identified the double-digit sustainable growth target as a central, overarching political task for the 2026 - 2030 period. Achieving this target requires a spirit of resolute action, high responsibility, innovation, and the partnership of the business community. He stated that in the first six months of 2026, the province added 20 new industrial parks to its planning, bringing the total to 37 industrial parks and one concentrated information technology zone. Total investment capital attracted into the industrial parks reached over USD 7.7 billion and nearly VND 8,500 billion, continuing to affirm the appeal of Thai Nguyen's investment environment. These results form an important foundation for Thai Nguyen to continue making breakthroughs in the coming time.

The Head of the Management Board of the Provincial Industrial Parks called on all officials, civil servants, public employees, and the business community to actively respond to the emulation movement under the motto "Discipline, responsibility, innovation, creativity, breakthrough, and efficiency," focusing on carrying out six key tasks. These include enhancing administrative discipline and order and the quality of the workforce, and organizing the performance of tasks under the "six clarities" motto: clear persons, clear tasks, clear timelines, clear responsibilities, clear products, and clear authority; promoting administrative reform and effectively implementing the "Green Lane" mechanism in handling administrative procedures, striving to shorten the processing time for certain procedures to 12 hours from receipt of valid dossiers; and accelerating the planning, establishment, and development of industrial park infrastructure, striving to complete zoning plans for 24 industrial parks before July 15, 2026. At the same time, it called for emulation in removing difficulties and obstacles and creating strong improvements in compensation and site clearance; renewing investment promotion and attraction in a proactive, professional, and focused manner; and partnering with enterprises to develop stable and sustainable production and business.
