The road begins at an intersection with ĐT.265 at Km21+500 and ends at a connection with the road linking National Highway 37 and National Highway 17 in Bac Ninh Province. The project's total investment exceeds VND 291 billion from state budget funds. According to reports, after more than one year of implementation, the completed volume has only reached 43.41%; the biggest challenge at present is land clearance, as 2 households have yet to agree on a compensation plan.

He noted that despite the prolonged implementation period, the completed construction volume has not met the set requirements; capital disbursement to contractors has also not kept pace with the construction schedule. Emphasizing that this is an infrastructure project of significant importance for inter-regional connectivity, helping drive socio-economic development, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed that the project implementation timeline not be adjusted. The full-route completion milestone is set for September 30, 2026, as committed by the investor.

To ensure the schedule, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee required Dan Tien Commune to coordinate with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to complete the handover of all remaining cleared land to the construction unit before July 5, 2026. The local political system, particularly the heads of Party committees and government authorities, must directly engage, intensify public communication and mobilization, and explore and maximize the use of applicable support policies as prescribed to build consensus in land clearance efforts.

Regarding contractors, he required them to take advantage of favorable weather before the rainy season, maximize the deployment of labor and equipment, and conduct continuous construction to recover lost progress on a daily basis. The investor must closely monitor the construction site, promptly address emerging challenges, and strictly adhere to capital disbursement requirements as directed by the Provincial People's Committee.

The project is currently completing the investment procedures and is expected to be approved on June 20, 2026 to proceed with the subsequent steps.
