Expressing gratitude for the warm reception extended by provincial leadership, Mr. Mori Kazuki noted that Food Force Co., Ltd. was established in 2015, producing Vietnamese products and food for supply to the Japanese market. The company ranks among the Top 500 fastest-growing enterprises in Japan. Mr. Mori Kazuki expressed his desire to promote bringing agricultural products, especially Vietnamese tea products and Thai Nguyen tea, into the Japanese and international markets.

According to Mr. Mori Kazuki, the global consumption trend of green tea, matcha, and health-serving tea products is increasing strongly, while raw material sources that meet international standards are still lacking. Therefore, Mr. Mori Kazuki requested Thai Nguyen province and tea enterprises and cooperatives to share information about raw material areas to connect with Japanese enterprises and research institutes, supporting technology transfer, improving product line quality, managing traceability, controlling pesticide residues, food safety, and international standards.

Highly appreciating the development potential of Thai Nguyen's tea industry with a large raw material area, Mr. Mori Kazuki hoped to continue connecting Japanese partners, experts, and investors to participate in developing tea raw material areas in Thai Nguyen, contributing to bringing the tea products of the province and Vietnam to the international market. Concurrently, he recommended tea enterprises and cooperatives to step up deep processing, product improvement, mechanization of production, and quality improvement, thereby significantly multiplying the added value of tea products.

At the working session, delegates exchanged and provided information on quality management; planting processes and traceability; processing procedures and mechanization; development of matcha tea lines, planting, caring, and canopy-shaping processes for tea areas; investment in product packaging; and building stories about tea culture and tea product lines...

Comrade Nguyen Thi Loan, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, speaks at the working session

Speaking at the working session, Comrade Nguyen Thi Loan, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested Food Force Co., Ltd. to support building standard procedures for planting, caring for, and processing tea; advise on a product development roadmap for Thai Nguyen tea that builds on the province's existing raw material zones; support access to modern technology and machinery in tea production and processing; connect Japanese scientists and enterprises with tea enterprises and cooperatives in the province; and explore investing in a processing facility and establishing product offtake agreements for Thai Nguyen tea.

She emphasized that Thai Nguyen province will always accompany enterprises and cooperatives in improving product quality, connecting markets, promoting trade, and organizing promotional events such as the International Tea Festival. These efforts will contribute to enhancing the value and brand of Thai Nguyen tea in domestic and international markets
