Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council carries out personnel consolidation process for the 2025-2030 term
On the morning of June 17, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a series of conferences: the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee; the expanded leadership collective; key cadres; and the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Council Party Organization, in order to carry out the personnel management process. Comrade Bui Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, chaired the conferences.

Attending the conferences were: Do Duc Cong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ha Sy Huan, Full-time Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; Mai Thi Thuy Nga, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee; Members of the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Council Party Organization; Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, and Cell Committee Members of affiliated Party Cells; and Secretary of the Youth League Cell of the Provincial People's Council.

Addressing the conferences, Comrade Bui Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, emphasized that personnel management is of particular importance in enhancing the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party organization as well as the performance of the elected body. This round of personnel supplementation and consolidation aims to ensure the required organizational structure and numbers as prescribed; while selecting cadres with strong political qualities, competence, credibility, and a high sense of responsibility to meet the demands of the new phase. He called on delegates to promote a spirit of responsibility, strictly follow the process, adhere closely to the standards, conditions, and structure as prescribed; and ensure that the nomination and selection of personnel is objective, democratic, impartial, and in accordance with Party principles.

The conferences then heard proposals on the consolidation and supplementation of Members of the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Council Party Organization and the additional election of Members of the Inspection Commission of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee, for the 2025-2030 term, from in-house personnel resources.
Currently, the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Council Party Organization has 13 out of 15 members, and the Inspection Commission of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee has 2 out of 3 members, which does not yet meet the required numbers as prescribed. The personnel consolidation stems from practical requirements of personnel management and also aims to supplement and strengthen the organizational apparatus to meet the leadership, direction, and political mission requirements of the Provincial People's Council Party Organization in the new situation.
With a high sense of responsibility, unity, and consensus, the conferences completed all steps in the personnel management process, ensuring openness, democracy, transparency, rigor, and compliance with regulations.
