At the program, the Provincial Working Delegation presented gifts to 10 children with disabilities in particularly difficult circumstances and donated equipment to support the care and education of children at the Bac Kan Inclusive Education Development Support Center, with a total value of VND 169 million.

Encouraging the students of the Center, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Trinh Xuan Truong expressed the hope that the students would continue to strive, overcome difficulties and make progress in their studies and in life. He also recognized and commended the efforts of the Center's staff, teachers and students over the past school year, while urging local authorities and the Center to continue collaborating to address challenges and improve the quality of care and education, thereby creating favorable conditions for the students to integrate well into society.
