On June 24, 2026, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee issued Official Letter No. 988/MTTQ-BTT regarding the mobilization of support for the "Gratitude" Fund and the coordination of activities to commemorate the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026).

Accordingly, the Standing Board of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee calls on agencies, organizations, units, businesses, schools, armed forces, member organizations of the Fatherland Front, and all strata of the People in the province to actively respond to the peak campaign to mobilize for the "Gratitude" Fund in 2026.
The peak campaign to mobilize for the "Gratitude" Fund in 2026 will be implemented from July 1 to July 31, 2026. The mobilization target for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and laborers working at Party agencies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, administrative agencies, public service units, armed forces, businesses, and entrepreneurs is at least one day's salary. For households in communes and wards, the mobilization target will be considered appropriate to the actual conditions of each locality.
The mobilization aims to contribute to effectively implementing the "All People Care for War Invalids, Martyrs' Families, and People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution" movement, promoting the national traditions of "When drinking water, remember its source" and "Gratitude"; at the same time, demonstrating responsibility, affection, and deep gratitude towards those who sacrificed and contributed to the cause of national liberation, construction, and defense of the Fatherland.
The "Gratitude" Fund is used to support the construction and repair of houses of gratitude; renovate memorials for martyrs; care for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; visit, present gifts, and care for the lives of people with meritorious services to the revolution. At the same time, it contributes to achieving the goal of completing housing support for martyrs' relatives, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and children of resistance activists exposed to toxic chemicals who are facing housing difficulties in the province.

Along with mobilizing for the Fund, localities, agencies, and units continue to effectively implement the "500-Day and Night Campaign to Accelerate the Search, Collection, and Identification of Martyrs' Remains"; organize activities such as offering incense, commemorating, visiting, and presenting gifts on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day, ensuring solemnity, practicality, and effectiveness; at the same time, promote propaganda and replicate good models and practices in caring for people with meritorious services to the revolution.
The Standing Board of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee calls on agencies, units, businesses, entrepreneurs, cadres, civil servants, public employees, laborers, and the People in the province to actively respond and join hands to contribute to the "Gratitude" Fund in 2026 through practical actions, helping to better care for the lives of people with meritorious services to the revolution and spreading good humanitarian values in the community.
