Seventy-nine years have passed since President Ho Chi Minh returned to ATK Dinh Hoa with the Party Central Executive Committee and Government to lead the resistance war against French colonialism to victory. The forests and mountains of ATK that once served as a revolutionary sanctuary - where every stream, thatched shelter and tree root bore the imprints of his footsteps and preserved the historic decisions that forged the nation’s glorious triumph - have become the home of the revolution. ATK Dinh Hoa is not merely the capital of the resistance war; it is also the place where the national spirit of independence, unity and unwavering faith in the path chosen by President Ho Chi Minh was crystallized. His image amid the forests of Viet Bac remains an enduring light guiding current and future generations.

Na Tu, a patriotic landmark for young people across the country, is associated with the historic legacy of the youth volunteer force during the anti-French resistance. It was here that, on March 28, 1951, President Ho Chi Minh came to visit and imparted his immortal words to the youth volunteers: “Nothing is too difficult / Only a wavering heart holds one back / Move mountains, fill the seas / With unwavering resolve, all can be achieved” - words that have become a guiding principle and spiritual symbol for Vietnamese youth.
