At the program, the Group presented gifts to 20 children in special, difficult circumstances from kindergartens in Xuan Duong commune, each worth VND 1 million. At the same time, the Group presented Xuan Duong Kindergarten with gifts and equipment serving child care and education with a total value of VND 54 million.

Speaking at the program, Comrade Nguyen Dang Binh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, sent congratulations to the children on the occasion of International Children's Day June 1; and praised the efforts of the collective of cadres and teachers of the school in the work of caring for, nurturing and educating children. He wished the children to be good, healthy, obedient to their grandparents, parents and teachers; and requested local Party committees, authorities, the education sector and the whole society to continue paying attention to and creating the best conditions for children to learn, play and develop comprehensively.

* Also on the morning of May 22, the working group of the Department of Health, led by Comrade Luu Thi Binh, Deputy Director of the Department of Health as Head of the Group, visited and presented gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to children at Thai Nguyen Inclusive Education Development Support Center and the Provincial Social Work and Protection Center, on the occasion of celebrating International Children's Day June 1.

Thai Nguyen Inclusive Education Development Support Center is caring for and educating 260 students with various disabilities, such as hearing impairment, visual impairment, autism and intellectual and physical disabilities. The Provincial Social Work and Protection Center is caring for nearly 70 individuals in special circumstances, including nearly 20 orphans, who need regular attention and support from the community and society.

At the Centers, the working group visited and encouraged students with disabilities and those in difficult circumstances studying and living there; and hoped they would continue to make efforts to overcome difficulties and confidently integrate into the community.
