Attending the Conference at the provincial-level venue were Comrade Bui Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; the Standing Board of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; leaders of departments, boards, sectors, and units, the Fatherland Front Committee, and socio-political organizations; representatives of central agencies based in the province; and Thai Nguyen University, its member schools, a number of enterprises, and provincial-level rapporteurs.

At the Conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Trinh Xuan Truong disseminated three thematic reports on the guiding viewpoints, new points, key tasks, breakthrough solutions, and requirements set forth for implementing the resolutions, regulations, and conclusions of the Third Conference of the 14th Party Central Executive Committee in connection with the province's political tasks. The content focused on renewing the development model; building a disciplined, safe, civilized, harmonious, and developing society; presenting viewpoints and directions for amending the Land Law and related laws; building and developing Vietnam into a strong maritime nation; protecting the environment and proactively responding to climate change in the new period; addressing Regulation No. 208-QD/TW dated July 26, 2026 of the Party Central Executive Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter; and continuing to improve and effectively operate the overall organizational model of the political system and the two-tier local government model.

Delivering directive remarks, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that studying and thoroughly grasping the new resolution is only the first step in the implementation process; effectiveness must be measured by concrete results in removing bottlenecks, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the apparatus, and improving the People's lives. He directed Party committees, Party organizations, and authorities to swiftly translate the resolutions into practical action programs and plans; step up communication work to build consensus among cadres, Party members, and the People; effectively implement decentralization and delegation of authority together with enhancing the executive capacity of grassroots authorities; promote the exemplary responsibility of cadres and Party members, especially heads of agencies; and strengthen inspection, supervision, and the evaluation of results through concrete outputs.

He also directed subordinate Party committees to swiftly organize the dissemination and communication of the resolutions, regulations, and conclusions of the Party Central Executive Committee and the province, and to develop specific programs and plans for implementation, helping bring the resolutions quickly into practical effect and creating momentum for Thai Nguyen's fast and sustainable development.
