Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan delivers remarks

Delivering directive remarks, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan emphasized that the results achieved in July and the first seven months of 2026 were very positive, but the pressure to meet the full-year growth target remained substantial. With a Q3 growth scenario of over 11.98%, departments, sectors, and localities need to focus intensively and resolutely implement solutions to strive to exceed the scenario and reach about 12.3%, laying the foundation for achieving the 2026 growth target.

He directed all levels and sectors to identify public investment disbursement and the mobilization of non-state investment capital as key tasks; to regularly review progress and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for projects; to step up investment attraction, boost industrial production, and strengthen state budget revenue collection, especially land-related revenue; and to build a revenue scenario for the final months of the year with the goal of maximizing revenue growth. Alongside economic development, tasks in the culture and social fields need to be rolled out in a coordinated manner, conditions for the new school year need to be well prepared, and national defense, security, and social order and safety need to be maintained.

Regarding the contents to be submitted to the Sixth Session of the Provincial People's Council, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee basically agreed with the submissions and reports, and directed the lead agencies to fully incorporate the delegates' comments and continue reviewing and finalizing the documents to ensure quality, feasibility, and compliance with the law before submitting them to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and resolution.
