The 2026 - 2027 season marks a new stage in the development of Thai Nguyen football as Thai Nguyen Football Club competes in the National First Division. The club has focused on building its squad, organizing training and friendly matches, and preparing the necessary conditions for the new season.

At the ceremony, the club announced its squad, coaching staff, and competition plan for the 2026 - 2027 season under the motto “Unity - Confidence - Victory.”

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Trinh Xuan Truong, Member of the Party Central Executive Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, affirmed that the establishment and development of Thai Nguyen Football Club are important to the province’s sports sector. He recognized the efforts of the coaching staff and players and called on the entire team to enter the new season with responsibility, solidarity, resolve, and strong determination. Players should demonstrate courage and resilience, compete wholeheartedly, approach every match as a final, and thereby embody the spirit and image of the people of Thai Nguyen. The coaching staff should foster responsibility, build a united collective, support the players in all aspects, and enable each of them to realize their full potential.
The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also emphasized that, although the players come from different localities, once they wear the Thai Nguyen Football Club colors, they must unite and compete for the club’s colors and for the trust of the people and supporters. He expressed confidence that, with serious preparation, unity, and strong determination, Thai Nguyen Football Club will overcome difficulties, achieve positive results in the 2026 - 2027 season, and gradually affirm the standing of Thai Nguyen football in national competitions.
