Comrades of the Standing Board of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee presenting congratulatory flowers to ICTU
The event was held in the context of the whole country implementing important resolutions of the Politburo on the development of science, technology, innovation, digital transformation, education and training, and cultural development. This is considered a concrete step by ICTU in strengthening the linkage among state management agencies, higher education institutions, and enterprises in order to improve the quality of training, research, technology transfer, and human resource development. Accordingly, ICTU has built a cooperation model oriented toward shifting from the signing of agreements, internship support, and recruitment to a mechanism of regular coordination, in which the State plays the role of orientation and policy connection; the University organizes training, research, and human resource development; and enterprises participate directly in the process of training, research, innovation, product development, and recruitment.

The nearly 2,500 m² enterprise cooperation space located right within the ICTU campus, one of the highlights of the ecosystem
One of the highlights of the ecosystem is the nearly 2,500 m² enterprise cooperation space located right within the ICTU campus. This is where enterprises carry out research, product development, human resource training, internships, recruitment, and research cooperation with lecturers and students. To date, about 80% of the space has been registered for use by enterprises. The ecosystem currently has the participation of many enterprises in the fields of digital technology, high-tech manufacturing, digital finance, and cultural industry, such as Samsung Vietnam, Viettel Software, VinFast, Foxconn, and MISA, along with many other domestic and foreign enterprises. Through this model, the practical problems of enterprises are brought into the university environment, while also creating conditions for the research results and creative ideas of lecturers and students to be developed into products and solutions that serve practical needs.
In the field of training, ICTU focuses on linking its curriculum with the needs of the labor market, creating conditions for students to gain early access to the enterprise environment, new technologies, and real-world projects. Components such as the Samsung Innovation Campus High-Tech Talent Development Center, the enterprise cooperation space, and training programs coordinated with enterprises help enhance students' practical capacity, innovative thinking, and adaptability in the context of digital transformation. In addition, ICTU has also developed the Reading Culture Space and the Digital Film Studio to promote a learning culture, digital content creation, and the development of the cultural industry in the higher education environment. These spaces are expected to help build a modern learning environment and nurture the spirit of self-study, innovation, and digital skills development for learners.

Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, speaks at the announcement ceremony
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, highly appreciated ICTU's implementation of the three-party cooperation model among the State, the University, and Enterprises. The Deputy Minister requested that the University continue to promote international integration in all training, research, and cooperation activities; proactively learn from advanced models around the world, expand international cooperation, and improve training quality in line with international standards. According to him, science, technology, and innovation have no borders; therefore, global thinking and integration capacity are important requirements for the young generation.
The Deputy Minister affirmed that the future of every nation begins in its schools, while also highly appreciating the attention of Thai Nguyen Province's leaders to the cause of education and expressing the hope that all levels and sectors will continue to partner with the University in building a modern education environment, igniting the aspiration for learning, innovation, and dedication among lecturers and students.
