Delegates attended the Meeting

The meeting was attended by Comrade Vu Duy Hoang, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Propaganda Committee, Chairman of the Union of Friendship Organizations of Thai Nguyen province; the leadership of a number of departments, branches and units of the province; schools in the province where Lao students are studying.

At the meeting, delegates reviewed the tradition of solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Laos. For the past 61 years, since Vietnam and Laos officially established diplomatic relations (September 5, 1962), although the regional and international situation has changed constantly, the faithful, pure and close relationship between two countries in all fields has been growing in both breadth and depth and bringing many practical benefits to the people of two countries.

Welcome performance by Lao students in Thai Nguyen

For Thai Nguyen province, for the past time, the province has had a friendly relationship and multifaceted cooperation with a number of localities of Laos such as Vientiane Capital, Luang Prabang, Xiangkhouang and Houaphanh provinces ... Currently, in the province, there are nearly 1,200 Lao students studying at 11 schools.

In the coming time, the province would continue to propagate and deeply educate the people about the longstanding tradition of cooperation and friendship between the two countries. Additionally, he urged the Vietnam-Laos Friendship Association of Thai Nguyen province to continue playing its role as a bridge, actively organizing numerous Vietnam-Laos friendship activities to enhance the cooperative relationship between the two nations, ensuring its perpetual growth and enduring sustainability.
