Representatives of units participating in the Job Fair

The festival recorded the participation of 76 units, enterprises and vocational education institutions, of which 16 units participated directly, 60 units participated online at the bridge point of the Employment Service Center of the provinces: Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Ninh Binh, Bac Kan.

At the Job Fair, more than 800 employees were provided with information about the labor market, job counseling - introduction, career orientation before participating in the labor market. In which, more than 220 employees and students seeking employment opportunities and career orientation were advised, introduced to jobs, vocational training and directly participated in interviews with employers.

At the festival, many workers found suitable jobs

Especially, at the Job Fair, employees were propagated, disseminated and engaged in dialogue on legal policies on unemployment insurance; new points in the social insurance policy in accordance with the Law on Social Insurance in 2023; rights and responsibilities of employers and employees in the implementation of unemployment insurance policies.

The Organizing Committee awarded the decision to support vocational training for employees

Thereby, it aims to disseminate and promote information about unemployment insurance policies to employers, laborers and relevant agencies across the provincial region. Simultaneously, it served as an opportunity for units, businesses and vocational education establishments to showcase their brands, products, provide information and recruit labor based on demand. This facilitated laborers in understanding, grasping and choosing interview opportunities while enabling vocational education institutions to gather information for orientation, introducing programs for training and enrollment according to labor demands. This approach aimed to meet the requirements of businesses and the labor market.
