The Emulation Division of provincial business associations has 07 member units (including: Provincial Business Association; Veterans Business Association; Association of Small and medium-sized Enterprises; Provincial Automobile Transport Association; Provincial Tourism Association; Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association; Association of Young Entrepreneurs and Enterprises). In 2023, the Emulation Division focused on effectively implementing patriotic emulation movements initiated by higher authorities; timely issuing guiding documents for organization from the beginning of the year. All emulation movements received enthusiastic responses and responsible participation with effective implementation from the units within the Emulation Division; these movements were summarized, evaluated, and promptly rewarded for outstanding collectives and individuals. However, alongside the achieved results, the commendation work within the Emulation Division still faced some limitations. The officials responsible for commendation work within the Emulation Division mainly hold concurrent positions and lack professional expertise. Therefore, the research and consultation on commendation work are still limited, the quality is not profound, and the effectiveness remains relatively low. Furthermore, regular monitoring and supervision were not consistently implemented, and the dissemination and promotion of advanced exemplary models have not been widely carried out.

In 2024, the Emulation Division has set its sights on thoroughly grasping President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on patriotic emulation; promoting collective strength, unity, proactive creativity and intensifying the patriotic emulation movements to excellently fulfill assigned tasks. Simultaneously, there's an emphasis on innovating the content and forms of emulation, enhancing information dissemination to rally member units for active participation in these movements. Nurturing exemplary individuals and progressive collectives, as well as integrating new elements into the movements, toward the 20th anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13, 2024), to construct a cohesive, unanimous, and cohesive Emulation Division for mutual development.
