Addressing the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Loan emphasized that little time remained before the opening, while there was still a substantial workload. She therefore urged members of the Organizing Committee to uphold their sense of responsibility, closely follow their assigned duties, coordinate proactively, carefully review each task, and clearly define schedules and the responsibilities of individual agencies and units to prevent delays and ensure proactive implementation of the assigned tasks.

Regarding transportation arrangements, she called on the units to coordinate vehicles appropriately to ensure traffic safety and prevent congestion at event venues, giving priority to shared transportation to save costs, improve convenience and enhance organizational efficiency.

Regarding urban beautification, the Department of Construction was assigned to take the lead, in coordination with local authorities, in inspecting and improving roads, central areas and venues hosting activities to ensure bright, green, clean and attractive surroundings. Agencies and units were also asked to strengthen coordination in providing lighting, maintaining environmental sanitation and improving the grounds of offices and public spaces.

She also urged the units to promptly finalize the remaining work, especially event scripts and arrangements for organizing activities; thoroughly inspect facilities and carefully review arrangements for receiving delegates; and ensure security and public order, traffic safety, healthcare and environmental sanitation.
