This is a practically meaningful activity aimed at broadly disseminating and instilling a thorough understanding of the core contents, new developments and major orientations set out in the Congress Documents and the Resolution of the 1^st Congress of Thai Nguyen Province Youth Union among Union officials, members and young people across the province.

The Contest is conducted online on the digital platform at tuoitrethainguyen.vn, running from March 28 to April 19, 2026. The content focuses on key issues addressed in the Congress Documents and the Congress Resolution, as well as the priority schemes and programs for the 2025–2029 term.

Contestants participate via an online multiple-choice format. The eligible participants are 100% of Union officials, members and young people in the province (with the exception of members of the Organizing Committee, the Question-Setting Panel and the Secretariat of the Contest).

The Organizing Committee will award the following prizes: 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes and 10 Consolation Prizes. In addition, 2 affiliated Union units that achieve the best results in organizing participation in the Contest will also be commended.

The Contest is not only an opportunity for Union officials, members and young people to deepen their understanding and firmly grasp the objectives, tasks and key solutions of Union work and the youth movement in the new term but also serves to translate awareness into concrete action in study, work, self-improvement and dedication.

At the Launch Ceremony, the leadership of Thai Nguyen Province Youth Union called on all Union chapters at every level across the province and in particular Union officials, members and young people in localities and units, to actively respond, widely disseminate and mobilize broad participation in the Contest with a serious, responsible and effective spirit. In doing so, the Contest would contribute to becoming a broad-reaching political event with strong resonance throughout the province, while helping each member and young person to correctly understand, deeply internalize and know how to apply the Resolution in practice, thereby contributing to building an increasingly strong Union organization in the new era.
