Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to take the lead and coordinate with relevant departments, sectors, localities and units in promptly studying and organizing the implementation of Resolution No. 66.25/2026/NQ-CP dated September 4, 2026 on addressing difficulties and obstacles related to state management functions, tasks and powers concerning industrial parks, geology and minerals; Government Decree No. 351/2026/ND-CP dated September 11, 2026 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; and Circular No. 50/2026/TT-BCT dated September 13, 2026 of the Minister of Industry and Trade amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 37/2025/TT-BCT dated June 14, 2025 of the Minister of Industry and Trade guiding the functions, tasks and powers of specialized agencies for industry and trade under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities and the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones under provinces and centrally run cities in Thai Nguyen Province.

Based on the new regulations, the Department of Industry and Trade shall proactively and promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee and its Chairman on matters and tasks within their authority and responsibility as prescribed.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance, the Department of Construction, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Management Board of Thai Nguyen Industrial Parks and the People's Committees of communes and wards to review the provisions of the above documents based on their respective functions and tasks and proactively carry out the tasks under their responsibility. Implementation must be timely to ensure continuity and consistency and avoid disruption to or adverse impacts on production and business activities and the handling of administrative procedures for residents and businesses when state management functions for geology, minerals and industrial parks are transferred to the industry and trade sector.
